Since I work on an hourly rate, I will incorporate any trash removal in the total price of the job. I do not take away large furniture or other large items myself, but I will help in organizing a service to come and pick up any items I cannot remove myself.
Cost will be discussed during the initial consultation. My cost is based on an hourly rate, and I do not offer packages, so I do not overwhelm a possible client of what the cost could be. Each organizing situation is different, so it can be hard to gauge from the beginning what the total cost could be as it may take longer than expected based on how long the purging process takes and how much effort the client puts into the organizing as well.
Only as needed to organize such as wiping down countertops and vacuuming areas before putting items in place but no deep cleaning will be offered.
It is hard to say because you have to remember that the clutter and disorganization did not happen overnight, so the process of getting organized will not happen overnight either. The whole process depends on how much effort the client puts into the process as well as how decisive/indecisive a client may be in purging items. I will work with each client at their own pace and make sure the project is done right and with perfection.
